I live on the Shetland Islands after having migrating from Lyme Regis in Dorset over 30 years ago. I am married for the 2nd time to Rab from Glasgow. I have 3 daughters and 7 grandchildren and he has 2 daughters 1 son and 3 grandchildren, so quite an extended family. Trouble is they all live on the mainland in lots of different places so we don't get to see the little ones very often, the youngest just 7 months , I had to give up work in 1993 after my 4th back op which has left me disabled so I spend a lot of time trying out new crafts. Apart from knitting, crochet and cross stitch the first thing I took up was computing. I started making greeting cards on the computer until I found C&C after that I was hooked on card making. I still cross stitch and knit, but usually during the winter months when Rab enjoys his 2nd passion in life - channel hopping. No 1 passion in the summer it's Golf
